⏱️ Time limits
- You should pick all orders within 24 hours. Orders should be picked Monday to Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Picked orders should be handed to the carrier and receive an acceptance scan within 48 hours.
We may adjust or make an offset or deduction from your shipper payout for any orders not picked within 48 hours of your being notified of the order via the app. We may adjust or make an offset or deduction from your shipper payout for any orders not scanned by the carrier within 72 hours of your being notified of the order via the Warehut app.
❌ Mistakes, mis-picks, and wrongly addressed orders
- Your overall error rate should remain under 99% at all times. Errors include missing or incorrect SKUs in an order and wrongly addressed orders (where a label was not applied to the correct order).
We may adjust or make an offset or deduction from your shipper payment for any order containing more than 20% incorrect SKUs.
⚖️ Incorrect measurements
- If requested, you should weigh and measure packages accurately by using a scale and tape measure.
If the weight or dimensions you enter are more than 50% different from the item’s actual weight or dimensions, we may deduct from your shipper payout up to 100% of the difference between the label cost as generated vs what the label should have cost if you had entered accurate measurements.
Enter all dimensions in inches. Enter weights in pounds or ounces. To adjust the unit of weight, go to the settings menu in the app. The unit of weight is set per device, so if you use multiple devices for fulfillment, you will need to configure each device separately. Ensure that the unit of weight is correctly configured on each device, as entering ounces declared as pounds by mistake can result in large weight inaccuracies.
Example: you enter a package weight of 5lbs, resulting in a shipping label cost of $20. The package actually weighs 1lb (a difference of more than 50%), and the cost of a shipping label for a 1lb item would have been $4. In this scenario, we may deduct up to $16 from your shipper payout in order to compensate the brand for additional expenses incurred purchasing the more expensive shipping label.
