If you need to perform more than 2 person hours of ad hoc work for a brand, you’ll need to request prior approval from the Warehut team.
This is to ensure that brands have oversight of their expenses and aren’t hit with large and unexpected fees.
1. Pre-Approval Requirement
Any ad hoc work requiring more than 2 person hours of labor must be pre-approved by Warehut before work begins.
You may not be reimbursed, or only partially reimbursed, for unapproved ad hoc work over 2 hours, so please remember to request approval first!
2. Request Process
- Step 1: Before commencing any ad hoc work that exceeds 2 hours, submit a request to your customer service rep via the app.
- Please include as much information as possible in your request, and attach any supporting documentation, such as receipts or photos.
- Step 2: Wait for approval from Warehut before proceeding with the work. Your request will be reviewed within 1 business day.
