Welcome to Warehut! We’re thrilled to have you on board. This onboarding guide contains everything you need to know to start shipping with us.
Our user agreements
Our User Agreements (available on the app) are the first things you’ll need to read and agree to before you can use Warehut.
Make sure to read them in full. They outline important information about your rights and responsibilities.
Setting up your store
If your store is built on Shopify or WooCommerce, these guides will help you set up your store to work with Warehut.
- Shopify
- Generating a Shopify access token: An access token gives an app (like Warehut) access to data from your store. We need this so that your Warehut can fulfill your orders. It takes less than 5 minutes and you only need to do it once.
- How to set up your Shopify store for Warehut: These quick tweaks to your store enable Warehut to generate shipping labels automatically.
- WooCommerce
- Generating WooCommerce API keys: API Keys give apps (like Warehut) access to data from your store. We need this so that your Warehut can fulfill your orders. It takes less than 5 minutes and you only need to do it once.
- How to set up your WooCommerce store for Warehut: These quick tweaks to your store enable Warehut to generate shipping labels automatically.
If you’re using another platform, we’ll send you custom instructions during your onboarding.
Sending inventory to your Warehut
Once your store is set up, a Warehut team member will match you with your Warehut.
After this is complete, you’ll be able to see details of your Warehut’s address in the app. This is where you’ll need to send your goods.
- How to send inventory to your Warehut: Follow this guide to prepare, label, and notify shipments you send to your Warehut. It’s important to follow all steps in this guide to the letter — non-compliant deliveries will cost you more, take longer to receive, and may be rejected by your Warehut.
